Amar Shares LA - Art Show This Saturday at 7PM

Also, I have one piece in this show! Wow, my first art show~!!!

Seems like Andrew from the AMAR collective will be in charge of this showing. They are still looking for artwork!!!! If you have time, you better email the collective or call Andrew: (626)354-1207

For anyone interested in hanging up art for this show, we're gonna be at the cafe having meetings on a few different days: wednesday from around 7:00pm-11:00pm, thursday from 1:00pm-6:00pm, friday from around 1:00pm-6:00pm, and saturday from around 1:00pm until the show starts. you can drop by at any of these times and someone from the collective will probably be there to help you out. send us a message or something ahead of time just to sort things out.

Also, this event will also be the start of a new beginning for the collective and others around LA. Amar is officially moving forward with the effort to preserve fire station no.23 on 5th street and convert it into a cultural center serving the skid row community! we need more help now than we've ever needed, so now's the perfect time to jump on board! come by to our next show at the tribal cafe and talk to any of us, and we can fill you in on all the ways you can help! this saturday at 7pm. 1651 w. temple street.
